Our Commitment

Accessibility

Kaleidoscope is committed to making our digital experience accessible to every visitor, regardless of ability or device.

Conformance Target

Kaleidoscope is committed to conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for accessible digital content. We hold this website to that standard, measure against it on every release, and work promptly to remedy any shortfall that is identified.

What We Do

  • Semantic HTML structure with meaningful headings, lists, and landmarks for screen readers.
  • Keyboard-navigable interactions throughout the site — every menu, modal, and form field is reachable via Tab and operable via Enter or Space.
  • Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Sufficient color contrast for body text (≥4.5:1) and large text (≥3:1).
  • Alternative text on every meaningful image; decorative images marked appropriately.
  • Captions and transcripts for video content where available.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations are suppressed for visitors who indicate that preference at the operating system level.
  • Form fields with clearly associated labels and inline error messaging.

Known Limitations

This site uses a hero video as its opening visual. Visitors who cannot perceive video content do not lose any essential information — all messaging is repeated in adjacent text. The video is muted by default and includes a manual unmute control in the header.

Tell Us When Something Breaks

If you encounter a barrier on this site — a control you can't reach, content you can't perceive, or a flow you can't complete — we want to know. Email us at connect@kaleidoscope.life with the page URL, the device and browser you're using, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days and will work with you toward a resolution.
