At Kaleidoscope, your privacy isn't a policy — it's a pillar of our philosophy. We believe true healing requires absolute trust, and trust begins with knowing your personal journey is protected. This page explains, plainly, what this website collects, the tools we use, and the choices you control.

The Short Version

This website is a marketing site. It does not collect any clinical or protected health information (PHI). We collect only the contact details you choose to give us, and we use a small set of privacy-conscious analytics tools — which load only after you consent. We never sell your personal information.

No Protected Health Information (Our “Green Zone”)

Kaleidoscope operates this website as a “Green Zone”: no protected health information (PHI) — no health history, medications, diagnoses, or clinical responses — is collected, processed, or stored here. Any clinical intake or assessment takes place on separate, HIPAA-compliant systems that are not part of this website. When a feature would involve such information, we link you out to those dedicated, secure services.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact or interest form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), and any message. We use MailerLite to manage these submissions and our email list.

Information collected automatically (with your consent). Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These tools are described below and do not load until you accept them via our cookie banner.

Cookies & Analytics

When you first visit, you'll see a cookie banner. Only strictly necessary cookies are active before you choose. Analytics and marketing tools load only if you opt in, and you can change your choice at any time. The categories are:

• Essential — strictly necessary for the site to work (security, navigation, and remembering your cookie choice). Always on; these set no advertising cookies.
• Analytics — loaded only with your consent:
  • Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregate, anonymized traffic and usage. We enable IP anonymization.
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymized session replay (a reconstruction of on-page interactions, with input fields masked) that helps us see where the site is confusing.
• Marketing — advertising and social pixels (such as the Meta Pixel). These are currently inactive and will load only if both we activate them and you opt in.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it sets no cookies and does not track you across sites, so it runs without requiring consent.

Changing your choice.You can update or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” control in the site footer, or by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and, with your permission, to send you updates about Kaleidoscope. We use analytics data, in aggregate, to understand and improve the site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we will never sell or rent your personal information.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this site — MailerLite (email/forms), Google (analytics), Microsoft (analytics), and Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics) — and only as needed for those services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing email (every email includes an unsubscribe link), and to withdraw cookie consent. Information you share with us is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored within our service providers' secured systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and to limit access to it.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
